A mid-season patch for BedWars is now rolling out to BedWars on all regions. This mini-patch includes new challenges, features, custom server settings, and bug fixes.
Bed Customization Preview
It is now possible to customize and preview your bed in real-time, in the BedWars microhub.
Balancing Changes
Reduced Fire Totem ignition time from 2 to 1.25 seconds
Reduced Speed potion from Speed 3 to Speed 2
Developer note: We understand that some players enjoyed the powerful nature of the Speed 3 potion, and we will be closely monitoring feedback regarding this change.
New Season Challenges
New season challenges have been added to the Challenge Board, enabling players to unlock all of the available cosmetics sold by the Challenge Merchant:
Making A Splash - Throw 100 potions
Build Battle - Place 5,000 blocks
Custom Server Settings

Prestiging has come to SkyWars!
Players that have reached the maximum level (100) can now prestige! To Prestige, visit the Prestige Grandmaster in the SkyWars microhub.
Prestiging will reset your level to level 1 and grant you the following rewards:
A special SkyWars Grandmaster costume when you prestige for the first time.
A prestige icon next to your name in chat and above your player's head in the lobby and SkyWars microhub.
A hub title with a special icon to represent your prestige level.
An exclusive avatar.
500 Quest Points.
Global unlocks (hub titles, costumes, and avatars) that you previously unlocked through levelling up will be kept, but you will have to unlock in-game unlocks again by levelling up.
You can prestige up to five times, and each time you do, you will unlock a new prestige icon and an additional hub title and avatar.
XP Changes
The following changes have been made to the XP awarded in SkyWars:
Solo, Duos & Squads
Kills 10XP → 12XP
Team elimination bonus 5XP → 8XP
Killing the kill leader bonus 5XP → 10XP
Unlocking a mystery chest 10XP → 15XP
Mega
Kills 8XP → 10XP
Team elimination bonus 5XP → 8XP

BedWars: Season 1 hub title rewards have now been awarded to eligible players.
The following hub titles have been awarded to eligible players:
All BedWars players who played during Season 1 will have received the ‘BedWars Season 1’ hub title and a hub title displaying their final leaderboard placement.
Players who ranked in the top 100, 1,000, 10,000, and 100,000 on the Season 1 leaderboard will also have received the respective hub titles.
Please note that if you started playing BedWars after BedWars Season 1 ended (January 31st), you are not eligible to receive these hub titles.
