You receive a Regular Costume Gift for each costume you already have. You CAN use this to gift ANY costume to YOURSELF as well.

Can I gift the whole bundle?

No, you can only buy it for your own account.

How do I access gifting?

Run the /gift command in the hub, or interact with a Red Mailbox in the hub to open the gifting menu.

How do I use the booster?

Enable it using the /booster command. Keep in mind you can't pause the booster, once started, it will run out after an hour.
