In order to prepare for our Winter Update, all regions will be undergoing maintenance at various times. At least one region will be available at all times.

This is a preparation maintenance window - the actual content will not release until Saturday, December 11th.

Today we've released SkyWars: Kits Duos, and the first of our brand new collector bundles: the SkyWars Collectors Bundle.

SkyWars: Kits Duos

SkyWars: Kits Duos is now available to play!

You can access it by using the game selector, or by typing /queue SKY-KITS-DUOS in chat.

We've started granting the new Hive+ cosmetics to those that already have Hive+. You'll be granted these unlocks automatically when you join.

Around 5PM UTC tomorrow, the original Hive+ cosmetics will no longer be available to new purchasers. Starting then, buying Hive+ only grants you the new cosmetics. Players that purchase Hive+ before 5PM UTC tomorrow will gain access to both the original and new cosmetics.

The Hive plans to use new blocks and functionality from modern Minecraft versions. As such, we are removing support for the following versions:

• 1.16.x on December 3rd
• 1.17.0, 1.17.1 and 1.17.2 on December 9th

We will be supporting recent 1.17 versions for the foreseeable future.

Mojang has released Minecraft 1.18 today, November 30th. As usual, the Hive has full support for this version of Minecraft.

If you wish to play without the RenderDragon engine on Windows 10, we've updated our support page with the download link for 1.18. You can also obtain the 1.18 32-bit non-RenderDragon directly HERE.

Please note that due to our wish to use new features, blocks and items from Minecraft 1.17, The Hive will be dropping support for 1.16 versions of Minecraft on or after the 3rd of December. We will be supporting 1.17 versions of the game for the foreseeable future, but generally advise the most recent version of the game.

To prepare for an upcoming version of Minecraft, our North America and Europe regions will be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Players will connect to Asia during this time.
