Issue with monthly and seasonal leaderboard statistics not counting
We've identified an issue where in a number of situations, rounds aren't counting for monthly and seasonal leaderboards.
Our priority is resolving this active issue, after which we will investigate the possibility of fixing this for affected rounds that already occurred.
Update:
We expect to have this resolved early next week. We expect to be able to correct all leaderboards after we've fixed this bug.
Update - July 8th:
This has been resolved for newly played rounds. We will correct existing data this week.
Update - August 8th:
Upon investigation, we have determined that restoring the lost statistics is sadly not possible. Our team has fixed the problem that caused this outage and made sure that it won't happen again in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
