A new SkyWars Custom Server option is now available: Ore Drop Randomization.

This option allows you to control how ore drops are randomized between players.

All Random is the default option, in which all drops are fully random.

Equal Random (Player) gives all players the same random starting point, but the order in which you mine ore types matters. If two players mine the same ore types in a row, they get the same drops, but any deviation will change this. Use this setting to make the random more based on the player's actions, rather than pure luck.

Equal Random (Ore) gives all players the same random, regardless of the order they mine ores. For example, two players mining a sequence of diamond ores, iron ores and gold ores will receive the same drop, even if they mine them in different orders.

Please note that this update is deploying as this post releases, and might not yet be available in your custom server.
